It would vary greatly depending on what you covered. Just try to regroup the main facts that you covered, and then summarize them. Go through each paragraph, pull out a main point, then put them together in a condensed wrap up.

An oversimplified example:

Paragraph 1 - Opening / Intro

Paragraph 2 - How a snake is built

Paragraph 3 - What a snake eats

Paragraph 4 - How the environment effects a snake

Paragraph 5 - Conclusion

Paragraph 5 would include small bits of paragraphs 2-4 and any final thoughts on them. If you wrote on the things mentioned above, you would conclude it something like:

In conclusion, cleaning up the environment could only help the purple people eating snake. Due to its large size and color, the increased habitat would help it to catch more people, and may help save it from going extinct. It would then again help to fill its role in the ecosystem.

If you are writing more than a few short paragraphs, you would expand the final paragraph to make it longer.
