Breakfast-NO DAIRY!!! You'll throw it up!! Try Fruit, like apples, melon, bananas, or strawberries.

Lunch-Sandwich: Turkey Ham, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, and Pickels if you like, or, a Salad: Lettuce, Tomato, Carrots, Avocado, Ham or Chicken, and your favorite Salad Dressing.

Dinner-Eat something heavy, like a Chicken Breast with some Lemon and Pepper and for a side dish,some Broccoli with Nacho Cheese on top.

Tip-Drink a lot of Water during the day because you lose it all during camp :)
