It depends on how old you are and how experienced with cooking you are. Something simple for young or inexperienced cooks could be toast or English muffin and jelly or bagel with cream cheese served with fruit and juice or milk. It could be served to mom on a tray with a few flowers in a small vase while she is still in bed.
More experienced or older cooks could cook something more than that or make your mom's favorite dinner for her later in the day. Oh, and to make it really special, don't forget to clean up any mess you make.
