I started out with a very cheap guitar but nowadays you can get better quality instruments for cheap. I now play a Norman B18 acoustic guitar and I recommend it as I find it is a nice balance of price versus quality.
a good guitar to start out with would either be A Montana Acoustic or an Acoustic Fender.
yes
A good way to start beginning guitar lessons is too get a guitar and a tablature book. The book will show you all the notes and fingerings that are used to play that instrument. After learning the fingerings and notes you can hire an instructor to teach you more.
Its always good to learn the guitar, if you can start at the age of 8 - 12 If you love that instrument, age do not matter.
It's actually quite simple, but you have to build calluses on your fingers before you play (meaning that a thick layer of skin grows on the tips of your finger). A good guitar to start out with is a classical guitar, then go onto a Fender guitar. And if you're really good, you can go onto a Martin Guitar (the top rated acoustic guitar company).

If one can afford to pay for guitar lessons, this is the easiest and fastest way to start learning how to play the guitar. If guitar lessons are not able to fit into the budget one can start by looking up common cords online.
