How about having a Murder Mystery Party. Play Cluedo only you are the different people and have to hunt around the house for clues, once you found your clues play it like normal cluedo. Have everyone come as their favourite celb and play using the celb names.

Hi i think that a theme party would be a great idea maybe Hollywood celebritys hawian e.t.c or a limo maybe im 13 myself and i like discos and dancing so maybe a disco with a dj or a neon disco party but if you don't want to spend much money a sleepover would be a good idea :) play games like truth or dare seven minutes in heaven and stuff like that or you could invite some friends to the cinema to watch a movie or maybe just a trip to mcdonalds i love shopping so a shopping spree wuld be gr8 aniiiway hope my advice helps u all :) lol x x x

If it's a surprise party don't go with a theme because she/he is probably past that. If its a boy have everyone meet at the park get food and a cake and bring sports stuff. If its a girl have it at the house and get a DJ or some music, set up tables and chairs outside with decorations and food and let her and friends hang out. If its not a surprise party and you want to keep it small ask him/her to pick a few friends and to pick a place like laser tag or the mall, and maybe after (if it's something like laser tag) go out to eat at his/her favorite place.
Hire a minibus and if you live in Wales go to Bluestone's blue lagoon. Or if you have a birthday in July or August throw a beach party with a barbeque, but be careful!!!
