My dogs had severe skin Allergies and nothing worked for us! I put them on a raw diet and the gross eye discharge was gone in 4 days and their fur back in weeks. It can be expensive if you just buy from grocery store, but if you ask butchers, meat processors, hunters for their scrap meat (or last years meat from hunters) you can do it for cheaper. Also contact your dept of fish and wildlife and get on their list for roadkill if you can handle cutting it up yourself.
