∙ 12y agoI'm not sure about complete scar removal, but right now there are countless products specifically created for scar lightening. These may not totally eliminate scars (especially deep scars), but they can make the scars less visible so it's like they are not there at all. Whiterderm is one cream made for lightening scars. If you choose other skin lightening creams for scars, make sure they do not contain harsh chemicals (hydroquinone, Mercury, steroids, etc).
