well i bought a pair of pre assembled dart iron eagle heads for my 383, mine is all performance though with 2.o2 and 1.60 valves and double springs etc. for 350 and mild 383 you should get a set with 1.96 and 1.55 valves and a smaller combustion chamber.

The factory timing chains have a lot more slack than the aftermarket chains.
