I'd say for 8th graders 50-53 are pretty good times. Im in the 4x1 and im a 9th grader on my team are two 9th graders and one sophmore. We run it in 48/47. Thatseach of us running 12 flat. 52 seconds is everyone running 13s.
4.875= (4x1)+(8x.1)+(7x.01)+(5x.001) Boom People Stay In School :)
Yes, one time because 4x1=4
4X1 = four times one. 2X0.1 = two times one tenth.

I've seen a kid from a private school in grapevine Texas who ran a 23.1 in the 200 and a 11.9 in the 100. They are extremely fast in the 4x1 too. Cole McKeel runs the 100 and 200 and Foster Ford runs with Cole in the 4x1 they are fast.
4x1
1x4=4x1=4
√(16x) = 4√x = 4x1/2
Well, 1.25 is basicly 1 1/4, right? So you multiply the denominator and the whole number together (4x1) and add the numerator (4x1+1). The answer is 5/4.
The 100 and 200 meter runs. He also does the 4x1
