Make sure you are comfortable in bed: not too warm, not too constrained. This is good in general, but is one less worry when sick and can help a lot. Secondly, get some Vicks Vaporub (or equivalent) and apply, rubbing it onto the throat and top of the sternum/collarbones. This helps with congestion in the throat and nose, and makes breathing a lot easier. Remember to be drinking enough water in the hours leading up to sleep, and have some on hand if you wake up in the night Last. simply lie there on your back and relax; don't think about it and you won't have a problem.
Should you still have problems, try a drug like paracetamol or ibuprofen, which has several effects that help with a cold.
yes it is very good
Eat healthy, get lots of sleep, and do your best to protect yourself from cold and/or hot weather.
I hear that the best way to stop a cold or even forget the fact that you have it, is to take NyQuil which will knock you right out, and sleep it off.
No but they will drown if put in water that they have to swim in. If you want them to get wet they have to be in extremely shallow water. And it can't be cold or they will get sick and it can't be hot or they will be burned.
I would say that "put to sleep" is the nice way to put it. It was more common for them to be shot.
bettas are not sick when they lay on their side they sleep that way
Errm, Sleep?
NO! NO! NO! That is sick, and not in a good way.
The best way to get a good's night sleep is to exercise during the day. Another good way is to avoid napping during the day.
Most of the time, baby can't sleep when they have a fever they just always wanted to carry by their parents specially by their mommies.. in that way they can sleep much better even they are sick :)
That would depend on the person's general health, fitness level, age, nutritional history and what you mean by "sick." You will most likely pass out before you get sick. ~ T
I guess. If you went to bed extremely late last night, then sleeping in is the perfect way to make up lost sleep. Although lack of sleep kills faster than starvation, too much sleep can get you sick.
no way it will be good to sleep in a workshop
