I would invest in a bark collar. These collars emit a smell, noise, or shock that startles the animal. These do not hurt the animal in any way, but they are annoying. When a dog barks, they are immediately emitted so the dog will learn soon the barking is bad.

∙ 12y agoSimple positive and negative reinforcement seems to work fine. Reward him for not barking, and punish him for barking. Flicking his nose is a pretty ok punishment, and giving him a treat is a good reward
