The best way is to fly from one of London's airports to Dublin Airport. The other options are to travel across England to one of the ferry ports, like Holyhead or Liverpool, and get a ferry from there. Going that way would take a lot longer. You could fly in just over an hour, whereas going by land and ferry would be at least 8 hours.
