There was also probably kings who ruled regions of Egypt before recorded history, and in fact, several ancient historians record legendary Pharaohs who became Egyptian gods.

Yes!
Pharaohs were kings of Egypt, and what could be referred to as their temple may be their pyramids, which were their tombs (where they were buried after death). Temples, on the other hand, are generally places of worship in various religions.
They were put in the tombs inside the pyramids especially made for the pharaohs. Also the wives and sometimes the servants were put in the same pyramid. There is also a valley of the kings from what is left of the tombs.
A dynasty of course!
A long line of kings or rulers is often referred to as a dynasty. This term describes a succession of rulers from the same family or lineage, passing down power and authority from one generation to the next. Examples include the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt, the Roman Emperors, and the British Monarchy.
The history of kings is a long one and the answer is not simply one particular beverage. Kings have drunk anything that any of their have have drunk. Pick a time period and geographical local and ask about the beverages. No doubt kings tended to drink the best of what everyone drank. The same is true with the pharaohs. Both probably drank more wine than beer. Perhaps you are thinking of mead, the drink of the gods, pharaohs and Vikings or perhaps Budweisser the (alleged) King of Beers.

A dynasty means a succession of rulers who belong to the same family for generations like the Tudors, the Hapsburgs the Saint Claire etc. "Pharaoh" was the title given to the ruler of Egypt in ancient times and is equivalent to "King." Several Pharaohs reigning one after the other and all coming from the same family, make up a Dynasty, just as several kings from the same family make a Dynasty.
I'm not really sure but, he did start the first dynasty which is a line of Pharaohs from the same family.
