A child of this age should eat as much as a cat...just joking they should eat pretty much as much as an adult but not that much a litttle less
A healthy breakfast will be a mix of protein and carbs. An egg omelet with sausage or bacon and a side of fruit with Orange Juice or a glass of milk would be healthy.
11 year olds should eat healthy things. Mostly cereal that has less sweets in them. (not cap'n crunch etc.) Like rasin braned. Good luck!
I suggest pancakes, waffles, bagels, and toast.
Or if they want to eat healthier they could have Some orange juice with a bannana, an apple, or some cereal.
