If you are muscular or built like a gymnast, its quite likely to be fit in a weight range from 45-60 Kg. However, only a doctor or a nutritionist can look at you and decide your body weight spread out properly and tell you if you are fit or not. At 55Kg, you could have skinny hands, feet, shoulders and nice belly--- so take your measurements- chest, stomach,waist, hips and try and ensure they are in reasonable proportion.

If I had to guess I would say 110-150. It all depends on how old you are, where in puberty you are, if your muscle or fat, or if your about to grow (you put on more fat before your about to grow). So next time put your weight and age on here too or do bmi calculater. do it for teens though or the adult ones will tell you that your anerexic.

Well you actually have to ask your doctor cause it doesn't depend on a normal weight, it depends on how your metabolism works, and how much exercise you do
