Absolutely it's normal to be a homebody! Being a homebody is a personality trait a bit like if you're shy or reserved. Not everyone want to be loud, adventurous, amazingly sociable or out-going, it's why we are all different. Some people like to be inside at home, only with a few people they know and trust, don't like to go out much and stay away from huge venues or social hangouts - I'm a self confessed homebody, I hate being in places with people I don't know, and rather stay in with those that I do so it's absolutely fine to be a homebody - we can't all be the same!
