N refers to the number of sets of chromosomes in a cell. For haploid cells "n" stands for 1n which have one set of chromosomes. vs. diploid cells which are 2n having one set from mom's egg and one set from dad's sperm.
Haploid cells are denoted n, and diploid cells are denoted 2n."n" refers to the set of chromosomes - therefore haploid cells have one set of chromosomes and diploid cells have two sets (pairs of chromosomes). Haploid cells have half the number of chromosomes as diploid cells.
You grow an entirely new set of skin cells every seven years.
Sperm and egg cells, or any cell that only contains one set of chromosomes, are called haploid cells.
A diploid has the full set of 46 chromosomes as opposed to 23 in a haploid. The germ cells (egg or sperm) are haploid and comtain a single set of chromosomes -23 in humans. During fertilisation the fusion of two germ cells each with only there haploid number of chromosomes (referred to as n) fuse, resultng in a diploid zygote with a full set of 46 chromosomes, half from the female and half from the male. Known as 2n. In animals all cells except the sex cells are diploid.
the set of real numbers
line straight like straight line vertical horizontal curve
there are half the number of chromosomes in sex cells than in body cells because the sex cell needs to combine with another to complete its set of chromosomes
Of course there is no set number, but they have trillions and trillions of cells, billions of them being replaced every hour.
A biome is identified by its particular set of abiotic factors and its characteristics of ecological community.
you can click on a number on the horizontal ruler after you pick what tab such as left, right and you can also set it through the paragraph launcher in the paragraph group.

There are some people who have had a bad problem with the base if it is set vertical. Check any set up instuctions if you have them. If not...be safe and leave it horizontal.
