The general term is 'horse show'. The specific class is refered to as a 'halter class'. This class is judged on how attractive and correct your horse is. it depends on the competiton, it can be eventing (dressage cross country and showjumping) or one of the three on their own or barrel racing, it depends what sort of competition you are doing.
