Your question is rather ambiguous. If you have a small hole in the heater hose and the hole is at least 6" from either end of the hose there is a simple fix ifyou don't intend to replace the entire hose. You can go to your local auto parts store and purchase a plastic adapter for the heater hose, and two hose clamps. Drain the antifreeze into a clean container (the drain plug is near bottom of the radiator and is likely plastic). Be careful not to break the drain plug. Once you have done that you can cut the heater hose with a knife where the hole is. Then place the adapter into one side of the hose, slide a clap over the hose on the end you put the adapter in . Then put the other clamp on the other side of the hose then take the that end of the hose and slide over the other side of the adapter. Then tighten both clamps. Tighten the drain plug (careful not to over tighten as it will break easily). Then add your antifreeze to the radiator. You have a 2000 so you will not have to worry about burping the radiator of air pockets. This newer system does it for you.
