Who invented Idisk technology?
Idisk technology was invented by Apple. The idea is that you get a personal hard disk on the internet which allows users to store their information on Apple's servers.

Yes you can get rid of an iDisk from your desktop. If you see an icon on your desktop that has an arrow in the bottom left hand corner click and drag it to the trashcan. If you donÕt see the arrow then you can try using the command E.
Can mobileme sync mp3 files?
At the moment, you cannot sync full music libraries, nor can you sync individual music files as this would be pretty much pointless. You can however, transfer your music files to your iDisk and then download them from your iDisk onto the new host computer. Alternatively, the cheaper way would be to simply just use a USB or a hard-drive.

It should be noted that the MacBook Air an iPad 2 fall under completely different categories in personal computing. The MacBook Air is an ultra-portable, which is essentially an add-on to your already existing desktop and/or portable.
