What is a illerpig?

Actually, I'm not completely sure what it means, but "İller pig" with an accent above the 'I' like that, is apparently a Turkish word. Sorry that I don't really know what it means. If you go on Google translate the İller translates as 'provinces' or as 'last'. I hope this helped a little.
