Impossible. Color comes in a continuous spectrum, a smooth gradient, and there is no name for every separate infinitesimal part of the range within that. But there are names for some basic colors. See the link below.
Pink, blue, purple, orange, yellow, green, red. - Normal Colours
Black and white. - Shades

You do not list black and white as colors because of the lack of spectral color. White is the sum of all possible colors. Black has no light so no color.
