Modern anime, which according to a Western definition refers a specific style of animation made in Japan, was a post-WWIIinvention. Osamu Tezuka, the virtual founder of the modern genre was heavily inspired by Disney's "large eyes" stylings, creating what is known to those outside of Japan as anime. Therefore according to this definition there are no anime which were created in the year 1930, because Tezuka's earliest film A Thousand and One Nights was made in 1969.
