brushing the mane and tail of your horse/pony
It is a curry comb. It is a hard brush to get dry mud of the horse. This brush is not to be used on the mane and tail or head.
to brush it or comb it. usually to comb the mane and tail
if u want it for a show u can put a fake tail in. Or you could wash and condition it. After it looks really nice. And after its dry brush it out. Good nutrition and keeping them clean.... Use a stiff bristled brush not a mane and tail comb. Keep tail in a tail bag or plaited with those material things (name escapes me ATM). Keep mane loosely braided. This stops hair breaking. Obviously you need to regularly take them out and brush etc.
metal curry, rubber curry, hard brush, soft brush, hoof pick, mane and tail comb, grooming cloth Curry comb, hard brush, soft brush, hood pick. You don't need to comb the mane and tail with every brushing, but do pick out the shavings. DON'T COMB THE TAIL AT ALL! It can pull hairs out which will take a long time to grow back - If you want to bush the tail - use a body brush Everything said above. But if you find that your horse has burrs or knots in their tail, gently untangle them with your fingers. Be careful not to rip hair out.
well you use the curry comb to get the muck of the horses coat then use the soft brush then use the hose, shampoo or conditioner or the fly cream. after use the sweat scraper to wipe off water and dry it with a towel then body brush and finally dandy brush to brush the tail. dont forget to use the mane comb for the mane and the face brush for the face.
a mane comb, a metal comb or a mane brush (its very alike one of our flat backed ones) and on the tail you should use your fingers, or you could use a body brush. you manly use a mane and tail comb in England but that's not the case all around the world
A currycomb is a bruch used to brush the horses mane.
For a horse with a short mane (pulled) you can rake through it with the human brush [unless it's really thin because raking breaks the hair so it will, not dramatically, but it will thin] For a horse with a long mane you can not use a human brush and you NEVER use it on a tail ESPECIALY when showing. Even more so in Arabs and dressage.
This is pretty much for the same reason humans brush their hair. It keeps it from getting knots in it, gets the grime out and is for general well being of the horse.
curry, then brush with hard brush then soft brush, pick hooves (keep your head to the side of the hoof) and comb mane and tail (when brushing tail stand to the side)

I know that on the bottle of Mane and tail it said "for human use" and "for animal use" but Mane and tail is actually very good for your hair.
