The early factories came with extreme working conditions, unfair labor expectations, crimes occurred on the job between men and women (rape) as that there was no controls on behaviors. The hours were excessive, those moving carts of coal for example often moved extremely heavy loads in tight spaces so they were unable to stand straight, children worked and they worked as long as their parents when needed while education was neglected. The list gos on but these are a few examples.

A negative consequence of factory life is often poor working conditions, including long hours, low wages, lack of job security, and exposure to health hazards. Additionally, factory workers may experience limited opportunities for career advancement and a lack of work-life balance.
A negative consequence of technological advances is the potential for job displacement due to automation and artificial intelligence taking over tasks that were previously performed by humans. This can lead to unemployment and create challenges for workers to transition into new roles or industries.
A social consequence refers to the impact on individuals or society resulting from certain actions, behaviors, or events. It can include changes in relationships, attitudes, norms, or institutions within a community. Social consequences can be positive or negative, depending on the situation.
Sociologists refer to an action that rewards a particular kind of behavior as a reinforcement. This can be positive reinforcement, which encourages behavior through rewards, or negative reinforcement, which encourages behavior by removing a negative consequence.
Social consequence refers to the impact that an individual's actions or behavior have on the larger society or community. This can include both positive and negative effects, such as changes in social norms, relationships, or power dynamics. Understanding social consequences is important for considering the broader implications of our choices and behaviors on the people and environment around us.
The intended consequence of an element of society refers to the outcome that was deliberately planned or designed for by individuals or institutions. The recognized consequence, on the other hand, is the actual outcome that is observed or acknowledged by society, which may or may not align with the original intention.
