Chances are, only a small premium over face value, but the bag must still be unopened. Very few coin collectors collect the Susan B Anthony series because most dislike the design. Uncirculated specimens sell for only face value plus fifteen cents or so, if even that. But the fact that the bag is still sealed might bring more interest. There really aren't many price guidelines to how much that would sell for, you'd just have to try to sell it and see how much demand there is.
It is not a "liberty" dollar, it is a Susan B. Anthony dollar. It is not silver,, has never been made out of silver, and is only worth $1. They are in common circulation.
Susan B. Anthony was only 3 in that year and the US did not strike any dollar coins in 1823
1979 was the first year Susan B. Anthony appeared on a US coin, post new question.
Sorry, the Susan B. Anthony dollar was never struck in silver. They were made of copper-nickel just like dimes, quarters, and half dollars. Unless it's an uncirculated or proof coin, it's only worth $1.
It's worth one dollar.
