Gaijin (foreigner)
A non-Japanese person is often referred to as a "foreigner" or "outsider" in Japan. They may also be called a "gaijin," which translates to "foreigner" or "foreign person" in Japanese.
When a person imitates another person, it is called mimicking or copying.
a person from Belgium is called a Belgian.
The person who is speaking is called a speaker or a conversationalist.
A person who speaks French is called a francophone.
A speech by one person is called a monologue.
They'd be called that person's relative.
That person may be called a victim. If the person does not survive, the person can be called a casualty.
