That has no rhythm: it is a single sound. However all utterances of more than one syllable have a rhythm of some kind of rhythm. Even something like

"Hi there I'm nobody

Can't you see?"

Has a pronounced rhythm: "STRONG weak weak STRONG weak weak STRONG (pause) weak STRONG". It could easily be set to music--it has the same rhythm as that part of Burt Bacharach's "What's New Pussycat?" which goes "Pussycat, pussycat, I love you."

Your playing one note on a Flute or instrument and no other note than that one note like only playing do on the piano

so basicly just playing one note or one beat and nothing else
