High blood pressure for people of any age is typically anything above 120/80. Doctors usually don't prescribe medication to lower blood pressure until about 140/90. Although blood pressure tends to rise with age, there's plenty of ways to lower blood pressure through diet, weight management, exercise and quitting smoking. If you are particularly concerned about your current blood pressure, be sure and bring it up to your doctor and ask his/her professional opinion, its better to play it safe with these types of things :-)
