I have got to tell you I don't know. But don't feel alone because I have 2. One under my left jaw and right. Do not get scared but if you are really concerned, the next time you get a checkup ask the doctor. b) One possibility is that it is an infection of the lymph nodes, I have a bump as well, and that is what I believe that it is, you should not touch it or irritate it because it may swell or become itchy. I would consult with your family physician and see if there is anything that can be done, but until then don't worry about it. If you are really concerned (or if it becomes painful) then go to a walk in clinic and see what they say.
