The term used is "somnambulism" (Latin. literally sleep walk), and is a medical and

psychological condition wherein the person is up and active, but usually has no conscious memory of these periods of activity. They are not technically "still asleep", but have aroused from deep (slow wave) sleep into a semi-conscious state.

Somniloquist is the term for a person who talks while asleep. The term originates in the merger of the Latin noun somnīfor "sleep" and loquī for "to speak." The pronunciation will be "sam-NIH-lo-KWIST" in one of the speech patterns from the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States of America.
