Pool Validation is when all the Recruiting Substations get together and build comraderie with challenging games. Be aware that a initial strength test is involved also which each recruit must at least be able to do 4 pull ups, 55 crunches, and a run time under 12:30. Pool Validations also have the superiors their like the Sergeant Major and a few officers supervising making sure everything is okay and good to go. Drill Instructors are sometimes their as well so they try to give you a small glimpse of what the others will be like at boot camp. Don't think because they are there and not at boot camp that they are nice because they are still some ruthless men trained to make Marines.
