You need a very good cut of beef like filet mignon or rib eye that is very fresh. Cut a very thin slice (freezing the meat helps cut it thinly). Then lightly pound the meat until you can almost see through it. Serve a couple of slices per person with thinly sliced sweet onions and a few capers. You can also drizzle a little olive oil over the meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep if very cold until serving.
