Most plastic bins are recyclable. You can always look at the bottom of the bin. If you see a triangle with 3 arrows on the bottom of the bin, then you will know for sure that they are recyclable. You can even reuse plastic bins if they can't be recycled.

Drag it to the recyle bin, just like any other type of file, then right click on the bin and select "empty recyle bin."
