This is likely the black and red lined blister beetle (Megetra cancellata). These beetles secrete a blistering agent called cantharidin. The red stripes are to warn predators of this toxin.
So far all I could fine is it is a beetle.

The gardensarfari lady beetle has a similar look as the lady bug. However, instead of dots on its back it has black stripes. The body and stripes of this insect can be reversed as well in some varieties of this bug.

Its a bug that is red and it has white stripes on it body and it has wings and its not on the internet any where anyone know what it is?

The marmorated stink bug is an insect that has brown and black horizontal stripes. These type of stink bugs are found in Massachusetts and Missouri.
Perhaps, a Sphex digger wasp. They have black and white stripes and a stinger almost as long as their body.
