I've recently took a job as a rehab technician. I can't say that I'm terribly fond of it. I assumed it would be more of a physical therapy type of job. Which in some ways it is, but its actually just an assistant job to the therapy assistant or therapists. It depends on who you are working with. Basically what I do (as far as I have learned so far) is run around from store room to store room making sure things are stocked such as socks and assistance equipment. Also I have something to do with linens (clean and dirty). And this is in a large hospital. I can't say that I really like the job so far, but it pays well (at least where I work). I probably feel this way because I expected more of a therapy assistance job than a stockboy job. Hopefully this helped answer your question. Sorry I can't be much more helpful.
