Resources for a research project would include:
- People you need to get your information from
- Equipment needed to do the research
- Equipment needed to record and publish the research
- Time and money
It is my understanding that a dedicated resource works only on one specified project. What happens if the project doesn't need 100% of that resource's time, but still needs that resource to be available for the project at any time? when not needed for the project the resource would be free to work on other projects. Is there terminology for such a resource? Perhaps "semi-dedicated" or prioritized for the project?
