Well first, that is an Action Replay Code. You have to buy an action replay from game stores like Gamestop or Walmart. Once you have the action replay, you connect Mario kart ds to it and the action replay will show Mario Kart Ds. Then you open the cheats on it and you click New Code from the top. Then you right the name of te code(You could name the code anything) and once you right the name you right the code.
