Large gatherings of many scouting troops are called camporees or jamborees.

A troop is a collection of one or more patrols. A patrol is group of approximately eight scouts. Troops are further organized into administrative groups called councils.

it depends on the size:

a single troop gathering is just called a meeting

Multiple troops within the same districts (or counties) have a campout called a camporee

Multiple troops within the same council have campouts called Klondike Derbys

Troops from all over Amerca come togather every few years at a national Jamboree

Troops from all over the world come togather every few years at an international Jamboree

so, it depends on the size
