It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish, but here are three ways to show a lesser sum.Multiply the sum by a percent. EXAMPLE: =SUM(A1:A12)*.12Change the value in each cell you want to change. EXAMPLE: =134*.12Multiply the values in the first column by a percent in the next column. EXAMPLE: In B1 put the formula =A1*12, then copy to the rest of the cells in the column. If you want to put the values back into the first column, then copy column B and paste values in column A. Clean up by deleting the contents of column B.
