Something like this type of stress factor is often seen in regular runners who average more than 15 miles per week. Additional cushioning within the shoe can help, or customized orthotics if fallen arches are a contributing factor. Aerobics must be limited to low-impact movements that do not require jumping, as this can magnify the force of stress to the feet by 300% actual body weight (remember E=mc2 !).
