What is a small soft tissue lump on the right side of your neck about three inches down and to the left of your ear and could it be lymph nodes in that area and should you be worried?

See a doctor and get a proper diagnosis. It could be anything from a harmless cyst to a lymph node. Our lymph nodes are everywhere in our bodies and in some individuals these lymph nodes are working harder as a filtering system in your body. My girlfriend had two swollenlymph nodesunder her chin and they were removed and not cancerous! People with many Allergies can get this. It's best to let a specialist look at this lump. Don't be afraid as it's usually nothing that can't be fixed.
