After talking to and recruiting Josef, go west of Salamand to enter Semmit Falls. Go west and take the first path north to see a crystal. Go past the crystal to the northeast corner of the room and talk to the wall. Josef will open a secret passageway in the wall. Enter and go to the northeast corner to get the Snowcraft. Leave Semmit Falls and go northwest until you see an opening in the snow mountains. Go all the way east until you reach the snow cave.
