No one. Charlie is a solipsist.
First United Solipsist.
he wouldn't have used women as his mouthpiece, the women who gossip.
I would call him a god, or at least someone who believes he is a god.
Solipsist is a person/entity who believes that the whole universe exists within his/her/its imagination. Nothing else is real or even exists. Redaction is the act of combining several texts into one. For example, many books in the christian Bible were assembled from previous works and edited together as an assemblage of the previous work. Typically there is a redactional purpose in compiling this derivative work which encourages the redactor to leave out, or de-emphasize parts of the original works that conflict with the redactional purpose. It is important to understand the bias of the redactor. If for example the redactor is a 44 year old Canadian woman, her compilation of multiple works will probably de-emphasize elements critical of older women, critical of Canada. Since a Solipsist believes all previous works were authored by itself, there are no independent works to combine, so a Solipsist cannot truly redact.
Solipsism is the belief that a person's own mind is the only definite thing that exists. Basically, a solipsist believes that everything else in the universe (everything from galaxies to other people's minds) is just a thought that's created in their imagination.

It depends on how you define "sound". If you define "sound" as "pressure waves", then yes it exists outside your mind. (Arguably, it exists outside your mind no matter how it's defined... in my mind, for example. If your philosophy teacher disagrees, accuse him of being a solipsist; that should start a discussion that will derail your class for the rest of the period.)
