Is it bad to use gasket glue on a head gasket?

Yes. -Unless your manual specifically calls for it, you never use anything but the recommended gasket

Does a central air conditioner need water to work?

no... water in the refrigeration system is a very bad thing. The air conditioning system will remove moisture (humidity) from the air and require a drain to channel that water away from the coil.

Are concrete floors bad for your back and feet?

Yes they are, to some degree, I build concrete slabs and foundations for a living. I can tell you after we pour the slab and it has cured, after a day of walking on it my feet and ankles are pretty sore. I have gotten shin splints as a result of it one or two times also. I don't think its bad for your back, as I have never had any problems with mine, but I can say it definatly puts strain on your feet.

Do you have to have a plumbing license to connect sink drain?

No - but if you intend on connecting that sink drain to your house, especially where there wasn't a sink drain before you started, probably. The magic word here is "trap". Anytime a trap is involved, a permit is involved. Permits involved inspections. Inspectors hate do-it-your-selfers. Add that a new drain trap generally requires a vent. A vent goes from the trap to to air above the house. This allows noxious gases from the sewer to go somewhere besides inside your home. Unused bathtub smelling bad? Add a few cups of water to fill the trap. Add a few spoonfuls of vegetable oil to keep trapped water from evaporating as quickly. Or a cup, enough to fill the trap (more a winterizing trick).

Why is your home air handling unit tray filling with water?

Hi: because your air handling unit is obviously containing your cooling coils which act as dehumidififiers with hot moist air. The moisture these cooling coils extracts from the air ends up collecting in these pans and should drain to a safe drainage area via drainage pipe before over filling. In fact! usually their is a safety backup drain and also a safety shut off float for unit shut down for extremely bad luck. Hope this helps ; Jimiwane
