A tenth cousin would be someone who has the same great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandparent as you.
Someone with the same grandparent as you is a first cousin. If they have different grandparents but share at least one great-grandparent with you, they're a second cousin. And so on.
If the number of "great"s needed to reach the same person is different for them than it is for you, you're Nth cousins M times removed, where N is the number of greats on the shorter chain plus 1 and M is the difference in the lengths of the chains. So if my great-great-grandfather (2 greats) and your great-great-great-grandfather (3 greats) is the same person, then you're my third (2+1=3) cousin once (3-2=1) removed.
Your 10th cousin is someone who is descended from the brother or sister of one of your great great great great great great great great great grandparents. (That is 9 greats)

All of your first cousin's children are your first cousins, once removed. All of your second cousin's children are your second cousins, once removed. It does not matter if the child is the first , second or tenth child. The English language has only the one term.
Those who spend their lives researching this idea say firmly that you are related to half the people on this planet as close as at least tenth cousin. They further state that you are related to one out of ten people as close as fifth cousin. Think about that - it's amazing!
Asking about your second cousin's cousin's cousin is asking about a complex but poorly defined relationship. Are the cousins of the second cousin his first cousin, second cousin, fifth cousin twice removed, or something else. It is likely that a cousin's cousin's cousin is not related to you at all. It is also possible that your second cousin's first cousin's first cousin is also your second cousin.
Your cousin's cousin could either be your cousin or no relation at all.
Even if it is against your will, you will always be your cousin's cousin.
