Buffalo are hunted by gray wolves. Calves may also be killed by grizzly bears. However, bison populations are only at risk due to restricted habitat. Their habitat is small because humans use most of the land that bison use to live on. Humans are the biggest threat to bison.
By charging with its head lowered towards the threat. Once it makes contact it will attempt to throw the threat sky-high, or if the threat fell down, then gore and crush it to the earth. And it will keep goring until the beast runs away, or is no longer moving.

The biggest threat to tigers are humans. Humans poach and kill tigers for their fur. Others are buffalo and bear. Hope I helped!:)
No they do not. Buffalo are herbivores, not carnivores themselves. The interpretation that a buffalo is "going to eat" a predator comes from the threatening and defensive actions a buffalo performs when its life, its young or its herd is being threatened by that predator. Such actions, such as charging and attempting to gore a predator are not as a means to kill and eat said predator, but discourage through physical assault from wanting to attempt a threat on such large animals ever again. And often, these actions work...for the time being.
