The TNS relay in my '99 626 is blown, causing the dash lights, front & back parking lights, and taillights to not work. Turn signals and hazard lights still work. Quick test: The A/C relay is exactly the same part. You can swap relays to check the TNS relay. Be warned that swapping relays can result in more damage if a short caused the first one to blow. Doc

Check the fuse and relay marked TNS. check fuse fuse panel is labled with each fuse if you checked the fuse + the relays and everything is ok, it's your (DRL unit)or if you prefer = minus 150$!! Good luck and don't worry, it's really easy to change except for where they put this small box. (behind left side of dash!!)

Locate the TNS relay in the fuse box in the engine compartment. You're probably not going to tell by looking at it, so I recommend switching this relay out with another one of the same size, like the horn. Also check the fuse for TNS, I think it's a 30 amp, one of the box-style fuses. You can also check the mini-fuses for your tail lights, there are two. The dashboard lights and tail lights both run from there. (I just fixed this problem on my 1999 Kia Sephia last night. In my case, it was the 30 amp fuse.) Locate your fuse panel and check your fuses

There are 2 places where the relay could be. Under the hood on the drivers side, that is where relays usually are. or Under the steering columb inside the car, that is where fuses usually are.
