The TCC switch is located next to the brake switch at the top of the brake pedal, under the dash.
remove the wipers, turn on wiper switch, turn off switch, reinstall wipers @ bottom position torque nuts enough to secure the arm. turn on switch readjust as needed.
it is located at the top off the brake pedal with the brake switch. just had to replace one.
To tighten a bolt to 30nm you would need to use a metric torque wrench. There are digital torque wrenches that can switch from standard (in-lbs, ft-lbs to newton meters).
That would depend on the make and model of the car, but it is usually a torque converter that needs replacing, or if it has an electronic torque converter switch, the switch is usually bad and needs replacing. If yours has a torque converter switch, unplug the connector and drive the car. If the transmission stops doing what ever it was doing, put in a new sensor and plug it back in.
If it's a newer model car it could be neutral safety switch or torque convert lock out switch. Is your check engine light on?
