Why clipping happen for op-amp?

Clipping occurs in the voltage waveform when the input voltage, multiplied by the voltage gain of the op-amp circuit, exceeds the op-amp supply voltage as limited by the output network. The supply voltage and output network, limits the maximum voltage that can be achieved at the output. The op-amp behaves normally within its range of maximum voltage output, and then it is clipped when it reaches the maximum voltage of the circuit.

Can you test the output amps of a DC generator with no load?

Any voltage source, whether a generator or a battery, will NOT supply an output current unless it is connected to a load. So the only way to test the output current is by connecting it to a load.

What is the advantage of using a switching power supply over linear power supply?

A: Assuming the same power output the switching type will be lighter in weight and less bulky.

What size fuse should be used for 2 amp power supply?

If the 2 amps is the output amperage of the power supply, the maximum that should be drawn from the unit is 2 amps. The load amperage that is connected to the power supply should govern the amperage of the fuse used. There is not much range there, the fusing could go from .25 to 2 amps. If the input amperage is 2 amps then the input and output voltage of the power supply should be stated.

What is supply and temperature independent biasing?

The signal or output of a circuit is often affected by changes in the supply voltage and/or ambient temperature. A biasing circuit is designed to consistently output a selected voltage (or current). Depending on the circuit topology, a change in supply voltage or temperature can cause the intended value to drift. In an increase in temperature can, for example, increase resistances in a circuit. Such effects are usually undesireable and thus a supply/temperature independent bias would be needed. Electronic component manufactures will frequently provide tolerances for outputs relative to changes in supply voltage and temperature.

Yes; a government tax per unit of output reduces supply.

How is a market supply curve similar to an individual supply curve?

The individual supply curve is the supply curve of a single firm producing output. Now say there are X individual producers there at any price P* the total available output is the output of all X producers ( a horizontal summation) this total of each individual supply curve gives the market supply curve. Put it simply all firms sell their output in the market.

Is power supply input or output devices?

Is ups input or output device?

UPS is Uninterruptable Power Supply. It is neither input not output. It supplies electrical power to a computer when the main electrical supply is interrupted. It does not handle data in any way.
